Time management - progress so far

Throughout the course of this years subject I have had to do a list of task which include:

Summer work - introduing my question.

Flatplans - to describe in visual form what I want my products to look like.

Pitch - the question I have chosen, the reason behind chosen this question, what my products will look like, why I want my products to be this way etc.

Pitch feedback - I needed to create a presentation that I could show to the class and they would they comment on different areas of my pitch on what they liked and disliked about my product and my ideas.

I then learnt about Bulmer and Katz and the four main elements:
- Diversion
- Personal Identity
- Personal Relationship
- Surveillance
As a class and individually had to use each of these four elements and place them on parts of a front cover of a magazine to show that we understand the four element, where the elements are used, when the elements are used and why have chosen that particular element.
Individually we had to draw a person that would represent out target audience and we had to inclue the Bulmer and Katz elements.

I then had to deconstruct websites which included the home/main page, and two lyperlink pages.

Another task which would use our skills from last year as we needed to reconstruct a product that was already public and this would allow us to develop our skills in Photoshop and also our knowledge in what needs to be put in a poster.

As a class we took on different roles of camera man/woman, director and actor/actress and filmed different shot tpyes, each clip you would have to frame the video, know what you saying and know which button to press on the camera a script for this would go like this:
(Camera man/woman press record)
Rolling
(few second gap)
Action
Say the shot type
(few second gap)
Director would say cut

We looked at a script and the script layout and was taught the the layout of a script for future reference so that we could use this layout when creating our video for our product.

We also looked at storyboards and how they worked within the video, which specific frame you will need to use for each part of the storyboard and if you need to use any text underneath the action frame and what it should include.

Another task that I had to learn about was editing as we needs to know how to edit a video, so reduce the length of the video, use certain parts of the video and polace them into your full length video.
