Storyboard

Shot - A shot tells the reader the focal point within a scene and when the shot changes the focal point changes also.

Storyboard
A storyboard is a shot by shot visual representation and youchose these specific shots to show the relationship between characters, show emotion and show action.

You need to include the location of where the shots are going to be taken, you need to draw an action onto the storyboard for example a person walking from one side of the room to another and you will draw an arrow to show the movement, need to know how many characters you want in the shot, which chararcter you want in the shot, important props or vehicle in a shot, type of shot and angle shot.

When taking a video for my product I need to consider whether I want the video to be hand-held or you want to use a tripod, doyou want to the camera to physically move with the motion or do you want the camera to be fixed, special lighting to fit the mood of the video for example horrors will be taken at midnight and a documentary will be taken in a studio with daytime lighting, special effects (computer graphics) and what type of audio would I use for example a jingle on the opening credits.
